4 Free Meal Prep Templates to Simplify Your Life

As the school season approaches, I’m diving back into my meal prepping obsession! Normally, I start strong, but as the semester gets busier, my prep game starts to slack. So, this year, I’ve created templates to help me stay on track. These templates are completely free to download to help you meal prep at your leisure!

I plan on adding mine to my Goodnotes app to keep everything digital but, you can also print them out and jot things down by hand. Here’s to making it through a whole semester of meal prepping!

Weekly Planner

I wanted to keep the weekly planner simple: spaces for 3 meals per day, a line for the date, and a section for notes. You can jot down likes, dislikes, snacks, desserts, drinks, or anything else that comes to mind. After all, this setup is entirely customizable to fit your needs and preferences. It’s designed to be a straightforward way to track your meals and preferences!

Grocery List

I’ve organized the grocery list with main categories to streamline your shopping. In addition, there’s also a miscellaneous section for any home items you might need, like cleaning supplies or personal care products. This way you can keep everything in one place and ensure you don’t forget those essentials while you’re at the store.

Freezer Stock

A key aspect of meal prepping is preparing dishes in advance and storing them in the freezer for later use. And so, to help you stay organized, I’ve created a page specifically for tracking all the foods in your freezer. For instance, you can mark off items as you use them, making it easy to see when it’s time to restock. Hence, you’ll always have a clear overview of what you have on hand and avoid running out of your pre-made meals!

Pantry Stock

This page seamlessly combines the grocery list and freezer stock ideas, incorporating elements from both. First, add what you already have at home and what you pick up during your grocery run. Next, cross items off throughout the week to keep track of your inventory. Then, when it’s time for your next grocery trip, you’ll know what you’re running low on and what you still have. This approach eliminates the risk of overbuying or forgetting essentials!

Happy Meal Prepping!!!
